Terms of use

These terms apply when you visit pleyner.com and when you join the waitlist. They are short because the site is simple: it describes Pleyner, which is not available yet, and lets you ask to be told when it is. The Pleyner app will have its own terms when it launches.

Who we are

The website is run by […], with its registered office at […], Romania (“Pleyner”, “we”, “us”). Our full details are in the legal notice.

Using the website

You may use the website to find out about Pleyner for your own purposes. Please do not:

  • try to get into the site without permission, overload it or get around its protections;
  • join the waitlist with automated tools;
  • add someone else's email address without their permission;
  • copy substantial parts of the site for commercial use without our permission.

The waitlist

  • Joining is free and does not commit you to anything. It is not an order, a pre-order or a reservation, and it does not give you a right to a discount, early access or a particular price.
  • You must be at least 16 to join.
  • Use an email address that is yours.
  • We will email you when Pleyner launches and, occasionally, about a major update. Every email has a link to leave the list, and you can also write to pleyner.ai@gmail.com at any time to leave it.
  • We may close the waitlist, or remove entries that break these terms, for example sign-ups made by bots.
  • How we handle your email address is explained in the privacy notice.

About Pleyner and what the site shows

Pleyner is in development. What the website shows, including the editor and the playable demo, illustrates what we are building, and the app may look and work differently when it launches. We have not set a launch date, prices or plans yet, and we will only describe them once they are final. Nothing on the website is an offer to sell.

Intellectual property

The website and its content (texts, images, design, code, the 3D demo and the Pleyner name and logo) are protected by copyright and other rights. You may view them and share links to the site. Any other use needs our written permission, except where the law allows it.

Links to other websites

If we link to another website, we are not responsible for its content.

Availability

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we may change, pause or close it, and the waitlist, at any time, for example when Pleyner launches and this site is replaced.

Liability

The website and the waitlist are free. We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and in any other case where the law does not allow liability to be limited. Beyond that, we are not liable for damage caused by the site being unavailable or by the general information on it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law that protects you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes do not apply to the past.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country's law. If something goes wrong, please write to us first at pleyner.ai@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it. You can also go to the competent courts, including, if you are a consumer, the courts where you live, or complain to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) through https://anpc.ro about consumer matters.

Language

These terms are published in English and Romanian, and both versions have the same value.
